Discovery Session
All of the coaching programmes start with a Discovery Session (with the exception of a single one-off coaching session). This is where your coaching journey starts. You can find out more about coaching, ask questions and we will start designing a tailored coaching package just for you. Also, most importantly, you can find out if I am the right coach for you.
Number of Sessions
How many coaching sessions do you need? Sometimes one coaching session might see you back on track. Four sessions will allow you to explore and achieve a goal. Six sessions would enable you to explore something at length, to really dive deep into the change that you want. Contact me now to arrange and start building your personalised coaching programme.
Costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Prices are negotiable and fair, considering the impact coaching has on your personal and professional growth. Factors affecting costs include the type of coaching programme and the tools and resources utilised. My fees are reasonable, market-led, and affordable to all. Special discounts might apply in certain situations, such as trialing a new coaching tool, package or programme, or returning clients. Discounts are also offered for referrals.
